Purchasing Information

EmployeeTimeClocks.com incorporates an online catalogue of products and an eCommerce shopping cart to gather your orders.  It's easy to purchase products with our eCommerce system:

  1. Click "Add to Cart" buttons to add items to your shopping cart. 
  2. Review your shopping cart.  Please notice the Suggested Products section of the Shopping Cart page.  These suggested products are typically accessories to compliment your purchase.
  3. Enter your basic information such as name, address, and email.
  4. Next, you will be forwarded to Authorize.net the worlds largest and most secure credit card processor.
  5. Moments later, you will receive an email confirmation from Authorize.net regarding your order.
  6. We will review your order and call or email you if we have any questions or concerns. We want you to be happy with your order.
  7. The staff at EmployeeTimeClocks.com will get notified of your order and will work to fulfill it.

Credit Cards

We pay an annual fee to provide you with a secure and insured SSL encrypted credit card checkout.  It is maintained by the largest and oldest provider in the nation, Authorize.net.  We accept AMEX, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.  Your information is safe with Authorize.net.

Shipping Information

Employee Time Clocks sets shipping prices and shipping times on a per item basis.  Alot of our products have free shipping.  When shopping our product catalogue, you will notice the shipping price appears on the Product Details page.  (This is a page with the large product image and a full description of the product).  You will also find a total of your shipping costs before you present payment.  You will find this on the Order Review page. 

Returns and Cancellations

Equipment cannot be returned without first getting a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code.  To protect the customer, the manufacturers exchange defective merchandise within 30 days of purchase. If you find that your merchandise arrives defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately for instructions regarding your return.
You must first have contacted the manufacturer for assistance, and you must must provide us with the case or issue number that they gave you when you called for technical support.
Software upgrades on Icon and Lathem products are not refundable. Non-defective merchandise will be restocked at 20% from list price within 30 days of purchase. Customer agrees to ship non-defective returns at their own expense in the original packing material, suitable for resale as new, subject to inspection and approval.  Replacing damaged packaging will be deducted from the refund. Returns and exchanges on biometric devices are to be coordinated directly with the manufacturer, per their policies. 
A Return must have the RMA number on the outside of the box, or it will be refused.

Privacy Policy

We want to assure our customers that their information is safe and kept private.  No customer information is shared with any parties outside of the order and fulfillment process.  Your information will not be used for anything other than taking and fulfilling your order.  Your information is kept safe on our host's servers in a secure data center complete with security systems and security guards.  Additionally, our eCommerce payment process implements industry standard encryption technology to keep your sensitive information safe.
