Our in-shop turnaround time is normally under three business days once the unit arrives. Most repairs include cleaning of the optical system, inspection of the platen and mirrors, power supply evaluation, board testing, and full functional verification before return shipment. There is no "flat rate." That would be 1) financially distructive and 2) disengenious - aka  "low-balling."  You ship it to us.  We check it out and call or email you.  If you want it back unrepaired, just cover the return shipping, no pressure.

We also refurbish HandPunch clocks for customers anywhere in the United States who can ship the unit to us. Each refurbished unit is tested for enrollment accuracy, verification consistency, and communication stability.
