Windows 10 Detex compatibility quickfix 

So, Windows 10 has left you with a few programs that won't run?  This is a modified letter we sent to a customer, it often does the trick.

We'll have to try to fix it ourselves. Being a Detex dealer for nearly 20 years, we have a couple of ideas that may solve this:  

Right click on the program app on your desktop.  Select Properties.  That will open up a box with 6 tabs.  Security, Details,Previous Versions, General, Shortcut, and Compatibility.  Select Compatibility.

In Compatibility Mode, use the drop down window to say Windows 8, then check the box above.  Close the app, and relaunch it.
