To whom it may concern:

On March 14, 2016 I purchased a time clock key from your company. After looking online, I found you were selling the key at a lower price than other businesses I checked. I first attempted to buy the key through your website, but for some unknown reason, the sale wouldn't go through (I was on my Android phone). 

I then called your 1-800 number and was greeted by a employee named Sue. She did not tell me her last name, but she was very helpful, and quickly assisted me with this purchase. This was not a large purchase, only a $7.50 key, but Sue treated me as if I were purchasing a truckload of time clocks. The confirmation sale invoice was in my email box as soon as I ended this call with Sue. The key arrived today, March 16, 2016; I thought, wow, that was quick (I live in southern California)!  

I wanted to let whoever Sue's supervisor is know that I think she is an outstanding employee, and an asset to your company. She was easygoing and cheerful during our whole conversation. 

Even though your business is located across the continent from where I am, if, and when I ever again need time clocks, accessories, keys, etc., I will contact your company first, and I will recommend your company to anyone I know needing the services you offer.
