Dear Bailey:

That number on the owner's manual that you gave me, 800 826 2559 is the Amano factory support number.  All that was missing is Xt: 4, ask for Armando - and pray that he never retires.

99% of the MJR7000 EZ models are sold from catalogues, like Grainger Supply.  You should call Amano for all programming questions.  You have the MJR7000EZ

That being said, we can repair them as the printers, motors, sensors, keypads, cards and ribbons are universal across the Amano MJR line.  They are built in Columbus, Ohio.  We have two service centers:  Jim in Florida (above) and me covering NYC, Albany and Boston, I am in a place called Lake George, NY, essentially Albany.  We both drive up to 50 miles out for service calls.  Like I said, it's actually a very fun way to make a living. 

I took the company to the web in 1999, and kept the local service aspect alive.  There are only three other companies in the country that have been able to do that.  Servicing dealers are disappearing.

I am asking that you attach the enclosed service/supply stickers to your machines.  We sell the ink ribbons and time cards at very competitive prices, along with parts, and if you ship it to Florida, our turnaround is typically 2 days on repairs.   Be smart:  Keep the spare machine plugged in.  Otherwise the program is likely to drain after 3 years of nothing.  Then it is toast.  The motherboard will be wiped.
