You found it, the Amano PIX key
P.N.: AJR-201150
Plastic key, fits nearly all Amano PIX machines,
especially the older White and Black ones.
It is in stock, no waiting. We normally ship this via US Mail.
If it is part of a larger order, then it will be in with the rest of the items
and shipped via Fed Ex (typically)
Amano PIX10, Amano PIX11, Amano PIX15, Amano PIX28
All PIX and TCX Machines take the same ribbon, so this would be a good time
to order a spare ribbon, or two. When you order this ribbon, you will see and option to pick up two ribbons at this time. Ribbons have a shelf life of 4 years when put in a drawer or file cabinet. All ribbons are labled, so you will always know what it is for.
Here's how you can tell: Look where the key goes in.
If it has a metal surface this is the WRONG Key.
If the keyhole is simply part of the plastic case, then this is the RIGHT key
It fits MOST of the Amano PIX machines, but recently things have begun to change.
This key does not fit the newest PIX200 or PIX 55;
Those machines take a silver metal key with a “700“ stamped on them.
We sell that as the TCX Key. Click HERE to get THAT KEY.
Website search terms:
Does not fit PIX3000, PIX3000x That is the Amano 700 key, a metal key
To Repeat:
If your machine has a narrow key slot, this is the wrong key.
If it has a “hole” that looks like a 1/8” wide drill might make,
then this is the one. Call us if you have any doubt, do it right.
Some people call it a “Church Key“.
But wait, there is a problem... When you order just a key, you are hit with the basic USPS Priority Mail fee. It's more than the key. We can't control this. Solution: Look of a key and ribbon combo, or order the key and two ribbons.
